Chocolate Covered Strawberries


  • 1 lb Strawberries
  • 1 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chips
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil


  • Clean and rinse strawberries over water. Leave out to air dry or pat dry.
  • Bring a small pot of water to a boil then put on simmer heat.
  • Place a large glass or ceramic bowl over the pot. Pour in the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Mix till melted.
  • Dip strawberries in the chocolate covering all sides.
  • Place strawberries on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with nuts of choice.
  • Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

So this food blog recipe pages will ALWAYS have the recipe first because honestly, I CAN’T STAND scrolling through words before getting the recipe. Therefore, my reaction to my recipes will be after the recipes.

This is just the average Chocolate Covered Strawberries sprinkled with crushed nuts, but we’ve made it vegan. Not too shabby and the kids loved every bite of it.

Confession: I hid some for myself at the back of the fridge in an old butter container. Who’s going to touch that? Am I right?
