Clean and rinse strawberries over water. Leave out to air dry or pat dry.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil then put on simmer heat.
Place a large glass or ceramic bowl over the pot. Pour in the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Mix till melted.
Dip strawberries in the chocolate covering all sides.
Place strawberries on parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with nuts of choice.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
