Brazilian Black Beans

Ingredients

olive oil

onion (chopped)

garlic (chopped)

bay leaf

15 oz cans
black beans

tbsp
oregano

squeezed orange
Instructions
Saute onions, garlic, until translucent with the bay leaf on medium heat.
Add black beans and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Take out of heat and squeeze the juice out of the orange.
Add salt to taste.
Notes
Eat with a side of white rice and fried plantains.
